John chp1; verse 1, 3, 4
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was God, and the Word was God Himself. 3 All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him was not even one thing made that has come into being. 4 In Him was life, and the Life was the Light of men.

A Small Christmas Miracle
By Rev Peter Nadal
A long time ago!
It was a crisp night with gentle snow falling that made a crunch when you walk. His name was Sam and thou he was homeless this kind of night made him happy. His life was not always like this, he had a great paying job in the six figure numbers, great home and family. That was 5 years ago then he lost himself in his indulgences, arrogance and forgot his family. That was bad enough till he turned his back on God in saying “My success is from me and not God!” Divorce fallowed and then the IRS, lost his job, had to sell everything to pay the Government and his ex’s lawyers. Now he just walks the streets alone.
But, this night was going to very special for Sam. You see after 5 years he had learned this hard lesson “What God gives, He can take away!” He had become more in touch with his surroundings and most important with God. He still carries his old tattered bible he found in a garbage can 3 years ago. He must have read it cover to cover at lest a 1000 times, but, he still reads it with great joy like it was the 1st time. And God has been watching him!
He was walking down the street when he came upon a very angry young man with a gun. He stopped and said “Why are you so angry?”
The young man said “Get away from me Pop’s or I will cap you in the head!”
Sam said “Go ahead I’m good with God, but, you will still be angry and then a KILLER!”
Well, this statement took back the young man and started to listen for the 1st time in his life. Sam told him about his life and how he lost it all, how found God in a garbage can and how He changed his life.
The young man said “but, you don’t have anything!”
Same said;
“I have more then you think, not in the material wealth, but, in love. I see Gods love every day! When the sun rise’s and the birds sing! Dad & Mama bird feeding their young ones! The smell of the flowers, when its raining and the music it makes all this and more is God love for me. It took me to loose everything to learn on how much I really have. And when I leave this earth, I will take with me all this love I have witnessed and received! And that young man is the ONLY THING you can take with you! Not even your hate can you take, for that takes you to a place of no return. Give me the gun! And give yourself to God!”
The young man did and for the first time in his life he cried and cried. Sam held him in his arms like he was his son. After a while the young man thanked Sam and left to find his new way. A patrol car was passing when Sam flagged them down. The patrol car pulled and the police officer said: “Hi Sam! What’s up! Sam gave him a brown paper bag with the gun in side “Another one?” The officer asked. “Yep I save another one and one less gun off the streets” said Sam.
The office said ‘Get in Sam, will take you to the station and give a meal with a warm place to sleep”
“Now that sounds like a great idea!” said Sam.
At the station Sam got his usual greeting, he ate and laid downed in the nice warm jail coot. In the morning Sgt O’Hara walked in the cell and was stopped by the strong smell of daisies. He walked up to Sam and found he had passed away some time in the night.
Sam got a funeral that a fallen police officer would get. They talked about what he did for the community, the lives he saved. On his huge grave stone read “Here lies a great man of God! For Sam did walk in the Fisherman’s shoes!” His cell that he slept in on so many cold night has the smell of daisies to this day. A gold plaque was put on the cell door that reads “SAM’S HOUSE!” When they bring in angry young men in they put them in Sam’s House. The cell can’t be locked, ever since Sam’s passing the cell door lock can’t be fixed. But the strange thing is who ever the put in Sam’s House they don’t want to leave.
It took this man to loose everything, to be scorned, spit on, mocked, and pushed away for him to learn what God was saying. On this Christmas while you sitting with your children, family and loved ones, remember the reason why celebrate Christmas. The birth of our savior Jesus Christ and remember all the sacrifice He did for us. This is not religion, but, this is God I am talking about. Sam had to learn it the hard way and you my beloved one don’t have too!
From my home to your home, I wish you PEACE AND A VERRY HAPPY CHRISTMAS!

The love of God is like the ocean, you can see its beginning, but not its end.
ANGELS EXIST
but some times, since they don't all have wings, we call them FRIENDS! Open your heart and be there to lend a helping hand when you can, hold that person that needs a shoulder to cry on or helping them to get on the right road. Remember the only thing we take with us when we leave this Earth is LOVE! In Gods eye we are all the same!

If you have never prayed before then pray this payer;
“Father God, I ask for your forgiveness, please forsake me not, please show me the way, and fill my heart with your love. Fill my soul the faith that I need and the wisdom to navigate these hard times. Come in to my life for I have prepared a place for you to duel in, a place of honor. In the name of Jesus of Nazareth, my lord and savior, who shed his blood for me, I ask this in his name, Amen”
